Earlier this week, the Steadfast Assessment team had the pleasure of attending the Apprenticeship and Training Conference 2026 (ATC 2026) and what an incredible two days it was.
Hosted by the Apprenticeships and Training Conference, ATC remains one of the key events in the apprenticeship and training calendar. Bringing together providers, AOs, awarding organisations and sector leaders, the conference provided the perfect platform for insightful discussion and meaningful collaboration.
Two Days of Insightful Conversations
ATC 2026 was a truly interactive and engaging event. Across the two days, we had valuable conversations around:
The evolving landscape of assessments
Maintaining quality and compliance
Supporting providers through sector change
Strengthening partnerships and collaboration
It was fantastic to reconnect with familiar faces and meet new organisations, continuing to build our network and strengthen relationships across the sector. The appetite for collaboration and innovation within apprenticeships has never been stronger.
Bringing the Competition to ATC 2026
This year, we came back to ATC bigger and better and added something a little different to our stand…
Our basketball arcade challenge!
It proved to be a huge hit, drawing in competitive spirits from across the conference floor. The energy around the stand was brilliant, with delegates stepping up to beat the high score and enjoying some light-hearted fun alongside serious sector conversations.
The prize? A £250 Virgin Experience voucher.
We’re delighted to announce that Craig Goldsmith from Best Practice Network secured the top score with an impressive 239 points!
Congratulations Craig , a fantastic achievement and very well deserved!
Thank You
A big thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, took part in the challenge, and shared their thoughts and experiences with us. Events like ATC are a powerful reminder of the strength, resilience and innovation within the apprenticeship community.
If you connected with us at ATC 2026 and would like to continue the conversation around assessment support, quality assurance or partnership opportunities, we’d love to hear from you.
We’re already looking forward to what next year will bring!
