Centre Recognition
Organisations must be approved by Steadfast Assessment before they can deliver, assess or promote our qualifications and apprenticeship assessments.
Our Centre Recognition process ensures your organisation has the appropriate people, policies, systems and resources in place to deliver high-quality qualifications and assessments.

Capacity & Capability
Your ability to deliver qualifications and assessments in line with the relevant requirements.
Policies & Procedures
The systems and resources you have in place to support delivery and assessment.
Quality & Compliance
Your arrangements for equality, safeguarding and PREVENT, health and safety and data protection.
Staffing
The qualifications, experience and expertise of your administration, delivery and IQA teams.
What Happens After You Apply?

Approved
Your application meets the requirements and progresses to final approval.

You'll receive your Centre Agreement and first-year Centre fee invoice.
​
Once these are completed, you'll receive your Approved Centre Certificate.

Paused
We may need additional information or clarification.
​
You'll receive an action plan outlining what is required and the timescales for submission.

Unsuccessful
If your application isn't approved at this stage, we'll provide written feedback explaining the reasons for the decision.

You can contact our Business Development Team if you wish to appeal.

Once approved, your organisation can begin delivering the qualifications and/or apprenticeship assessments included within your Centre approval.

Staffing requirements
​
Centres must have appropriately qualified and experienced staff for administration, delivery, assessment and Internal Quality Assurance.

Specific requirements will depend on the qualification or assessment being delivered.
